A little bit about myself.

I’m Andresa Roxana Damian, and I came into the design world through life rather than a straight path. My background is in healthcare, but I’ve always been drawn to creative, beautiful, and thoughtful things for as long as I can remember. At some point, that quiet interest turned into a clear decision: to explore design seriously and build my career around it.

Before and during university, I took part in different courses and experiences that allowed me to explore multiple areas of design. That helped me understand not just what I can do, but what I genuinely enjoy doing: creating work that feels meaningful, considered, and visually engaging.

Recently, I moved to Innsbruck, which has been a really inspiring change for me. I’m excited to keep meeting new people in the industry, learn from different perspectives, and continue growing both as a designer and as a person.

Right now, what I enjoy most is being involved in projects from the very beginning — from the first idea to the final outcome. I love the process of shaping something step by step, making decisions that connect concept, emotion, and visual form.

Some of the values that guide the way I work are:

  • Embrace your creativity — I believe everyone has a creative voice, and it deserves space, even if it’s imperfect or evolving.

  • Enjoy the process — I try to focus on how things are made, not just the final result, because that’s where most of the learning and meaning happens.

  • Keep an open mind — I like to stay curious, listen to others, and be open to changing direction when something better appears.
