A little bit about myself.
A little bit about myself.
I'm Andresa Roxana Damian, a UX/UI Designer.
I didn't arrive at design through a straight line. Before this, I spent two years working in healthcare — direct, daily contact with patients, structured under pressure, precision that couldn't be negotiated. When I decided to move into design, I didn't leave that experience behind; it became the way I work now. I pay close attention to the person on the other side of every screen, because I've spent years doing exactly that in person.
I recently moved to Innsbruck, and I'm looking to bring that same attention — to people, to process, to craft — into a design team here, or remotely across Austria.
What guides how I work:
People first. Every design decision should trace back to a real user need, not just an aesthetic preference.
Process over polish. The most interesting part of a project isn't the final screen — it's everything that led there.
Craft still matters. A good idea deserves to look as good as it works.
